What You Will Learn
Mitasses (beaded leggings) are traditional to many nations across Turtle Island. These bags are beautiful displays of traditional beadwork and embroidery.
In this class you will learn;
- How to select materials for making your mitasses
- Using the bag pattern
- How to cut and work with materials
- Beading stitches
- Binding your mitasses
- Adding fringes
At the end of this workshop you will be able to wear your creation.
