Registrations are not complete until payment is received. Refunds are not possible. Costs associated with internet charges required to participate in classes are the responsibility of the participant. Refunds are not offered for delayed shipping, missing a class, or changes of heart. Swapping registration with someone else is only possible before program start dates. The ONLY situation where refunds are offered is if we have to cancel a class.
Any and all verbal abuse, rudeness, or harassment will result in immediate removal from programs without a refund.
